Sometimes, Fundraising is Just About Learning to Ask

One of the secrets to getting donations for your cause: learn to ask.

It’s simple, but not simplistic. Many times, the biggest barrier to growing a fundraising base is not being willing to ask donors of any level, whether they can contribute $20 or $20,000. The second biggest barrier is not asking for a specific amount, or delineating what change a donor would create with a specific donation.
